I've got a lower omp on mine down -60mm,

i can tell the difference to having it fitted and not fitted, the upper brace doesn't do alot tbh,

-60mm with lower brace hits some bumps on the road, just got to be on the look out for 'ruts' caused by trucks as these make the centre of the car lower to the floor. Sh*t myself a few times when wacked it unexpectingly, now its slightly bent lol.

yeah I have a upper one aswell, imo the upper ones are more cosmetic.

they do work together, but I've never 'felt' the difference between the upper fitted and not fitted on its own.

You wont feel the difference with an upper strut brace, but it will be helping the suspension geometry as the road camber changes..
