Yo, no where will lower your car in north wales 60mm, they only lower 59mm and 62mm, if you want 60mm then you have to go to scotland.

Keep the engine and everything with it, just swap the Wiring Loom and ECU for a MK1 version, I have a MK1 Wiring Loom and ECU available btw :) PM me for more details if you want them
