hi guys,

got a samsung jet and its stopped being able to send or recieve calls or texts

bill has been paid

iv reset it , dont know what else to try

Sim wipe, if that doesnt work try sim in another phone see if that works, if it works in the other phone your phones broke, if its still not working its the sim or the network so phone your network mate
