Surely you'd HPI it before you bought it, then if anything shows up as being wrong, not buy it? Rather than buy it and then HPI it and take them to court after?

Dont use a txt one
the info on them is often incorrect and missing data!
Pay the extra and have the garantee of a proper one.

thats what i mean if u brought it with clear hpi check then something shows up that its a legal document that holds up in court showing it was clear then when u brought it
