mate i dnt think that air intake pipe is actualt taking air into the air filter, look how far\away it is from each other!plus persoanly i think its best in its original place, hanging underneath.to me it looks like you've gone for the american muscle car engine bay fing and it doesn't look right!

Its gd and that but i would get a full pipe sytsem, or enclosed one as it wont drink as much fuel. Its worth the money.

yeah maybe the hoswe isn't close enough don't know what you mean about hanging underneath? you on about the filter itself because thats the only way it can be fitted remember its only a 1.1

nah its reaches, i made a new place for the cold air to get in though as it does look like much gets in from the original air feed

If you engine is anything like mine, did you have to take out the old airfilet box out connected to the carbaretta? also ontop of the manifold u havent connected it to the airfilter, the whole point of that is that when it is cold it can heat up? will this not affect the car at all? Im only saying this becuase im thinking of doing what you have done but after learning about what everything does i was just wondering if what you've done is right. and yeh its a SPi engine
