Hi guys and gals I'm wanting to get a bike to improve my fitness, the only place I can think of is halford. I don't want to spend more that £200. Where else can I look

not that good no, but MUCH cheaper than a shop, then get it serviced to £30ish and you're on a winner!

Getting a bik serviced, never even considered that, when I was younger I just got on it and went. I'm not sure what type of bike I want, never been a fan of rear suspension. I want to do a fair few miles on it though

Have a check that your work does the cycle to work scheme, they will give you a chunk of money towards the bike and you can pay it back tax free off your payslip. They had it at orange when I was there. was going to get a bike but they sacked me before I could rinse them.lol
