i have the Bold, and its fucking shit.

when i 1st got it i thought it was top.

but it seems to be extremely unreliable. (Strangely they are Canadian, which is as good as french so no surprise about questionable reliability)

i have made so many vids of shit you are never seeing again, and when i have gone to play it says

"Video was recorded in an unsupported format and therefore cannot be played"

YOU FUCKING RECORDED IT YOU CANADIAN DICK!

Thats not it either, it turns off regularly and i miss important calls and emails, pus it seems to be less and less battery efficient every day... a full charge now last just under 4 hours, so i have had to purchase an in car charger

the reason i posted this was coz i walked into my gaming room and found my kitten USING my PC... now tell me where you have ever seen a cat using a pc on its own? i sneakily recorded a vid of it aswel, but when i tried to replay the vid i got the dreaded error message.

EDIT: Just about to use the phone after i posted and it must know i am slagging it off, it has corrupted my memory card and i have now lost every pic and vid i have ever made... great

i have ad a curve 8900 for a yearish now and its never missed a beat for me thats even with a few drops and knocks on the way, the battery is rubbish if you have alot of calls but what phones isnt? tried doing a factory reset should sort the error out

Thats only on the old range tbh....the latest handsets have the touchpad.

To be fair though the trackball is awesome as long as you know how to clean it properly.

Yer, the track ball is pretty good, but the touch pad is pretty good. but its annoying as its just a light sensor. so you dont actually need to touch it to move the cursor... which can get annoying.

Maybe its a Manchester thing then!

i have the bold and its fucking up more and more every day...

2 of my mates have them curves and there fucked, one of them has been back to Blackberry for repairs 4 times!

and my missus has a curve and hers freezes constantly.

If you havent got one, and thinking about it, DONT BOTHER!

I've just upgraded from my Curve to an iPhone 4. Sooo much fucking better.
Me and the girlfriend both had a Curve and the Bold and both were shit! Cheap and nasty as well, Blackberry's are overrated.

only because they can't afford / parents won't pay for iPhone.

iPhone has more functionality and had loads of apps the others only have a fraction of the number of apps.

Before I had it I never used to take my phone anywhere. Much preferred being uncontactable. But my iphone comes everywhere. I can't remember how I coped without the apps.
