Think i've been scammed?

I'm very careful when buying on here but I think i've had my first scammer. I recently bought 2 items back in July and have yet to receive them, I didn't send as a gift before anybody says anything. I have not yet contacted the seller but i've been talking to another member and apparently he's done the same to him.

It may not be much but i'd still like peace of mind.
