How many sheets of wet and dry and of each grade as an estimate will I need to refurb a set of VTR Alloys?

all depends on the condition of your wheels.
if they are realy bad use 100grit to get massive crap off then go down to the finer grades to cleam the marks off.
i used an electric orbital sander on mine as it took 10mins per wheel with 100grit on it then cleaned rest with 250-600-800 quality came out fine
