After hours trying to clean/polish it Ive decided Im going to paint it ha
What paint can I use? Will it have to be high temperature paint?
If anyone has done this, which would you recommend? Wanting it silver

never heard of painting a gearbox before. Should be interesting. Should imagine it will have to VHT paint like.

Ive seen a few people do it on here. Im rebuilding a 16v for my VTR at the minute you see... wanting it looking cleannn.

Sweet, Should imagine would be a lot of work degreasing etc etc. Take it would be brush painted on? When I use VHT paint on my scooter exhausts the stuff is spot on like and easily applied. you paintimng your engine to match?

I just used hammerite.

I just used the paint on stuff mate, used hardly any. And i wasnt overly bothered by the odd brush stroke marks. But once the paint drys you cant see the strokes much anyway.
