my clutch makes this rattling noise when i push it all the way down, but it stopsjust before i find the bit, its quite loud :S any ideas? thanks

probably clutch release bearing breaking up. made out of cheese most of the time

Eye, mine is the same, keep adjusting the cable as the bearing is being eaten away and wearing down lol. Gotta sort it soon though.

i wouldnt have a clue how to adjust it lol, is it an expensive job then?

to change the clutch release bearing the gearbox has to come off. Usually mayaswell do the clutch as your there so its a whole new clutch job really

definately clutch release bearing.... had mine done now a couple of weekends ago.. sounds like a bag of nails spinning around .. bad times!

clutch release bearing mine has been doing it for ages now but its still going strong

mine kept getting louder and louder for ages until i finally pulled my finger out as i didnt want it to completely break and i get stranded somewhere
