Mintex discs and M1144 pads.

I managed to warp several brands of discs but the Mintex ones are still tip top. And same with pads, most kept glazing but the M1144 are good under all conditions even from cold. Not mega cheap but brakes are one thing you shouldn't skrimp on :)

In all honesty when I was on standard brakes I went for decent motorfactor plain discs and ds2500 pads was more than good enough them

As above, i have Ferodo Premier disks on my 266mm set-up, work fine - Only cost between £20-30 too!

cheapest mintex disks and pads.

I give my VTS a fairly hard life and they are fine. Just respect the brakes and dont sit on the pedal when stopped and you wont "warp" or get "uneven pad transfer" on them. Mine have done 15k of hard driving and not a single vibration.
