I have a W reg MK2 VTR and when i bought it there was no spoiler on the back. Is this because the guy i bought it from ripped it off ? Or because they didnt come with them at that stage in time ? Is it possible to fit the standard VTR spoiler onto this model of VTR because any other larger spoiler makes you look like a cunt tbh. Any advice would be much appreiciated.
Cheers

funnily enough my mate had mk1 with no spoiler and a mk2 without a spoiler too. altho he did swap the mk1 boot to mk2 which is cheating i think.
suits some without looks cleaner

some do some dont. Standard spec, all VT* saxos have a standard spoiler fitted so check for rear end shunts. Failing that it was obviously taken or piked off

My mk1 dosent have 1 and it dosent even have the holes for where 1 should be.
Going to get 1 and a tube of tigerseal to hold it on.
Dont like the look of the back of my saxo without 1 lol.

yea not all mk1 saxos have them but all mk2 ones should have them as they go through the glass there would be two holes left over if someone took it off so its more the case that the last owner has swapped boot lids for some reason...

mine didnt have one as standard. looks so poo without, a mk2 spoiler was one of my first mods. get some tigerseal of ebay, and some muppet to hold the spoiler in place while you tape it in place to let it set

i think a smooth boot can look quite cool on some sax's specially if ya going down the euro route

Hmm, i replaced my boot with a MK1 without a spoiler, just because it was in such good condition. I don't want to look like I was hit.. :/
