Bepanthen, 2-3 times a day.

Light spread over the tattoo, dont soak it :)

some people say that savlon draws the colour out of the ink a bit and fades it, but some people swear by it lol I think its just a personal opinion thing tbh.

my mate swears by goin for a pipin hot bath after he gets tattoo'd an he's tattoo artist, bloody stings like hell though but it does heal quite fast after it

He is right, it draws the ink out, fades the tattoo and is more prone to scabbing which then fades/removes some of the tattoo, all of this and takes longer to heal!

anything will draw the colour out IF you trap moisture beneath the cream as that is what causes the scabbing, make sure your skins dry 1st and feels normal to touch and then apply the cream.

Isn't that a tattoo like Chipmunk has?

And yea, Bepanthen, the nicest cream which allows your tattoo to breath. Don't use vaseline.

Savlon has done no harm to any of my tattoos.

Colours on my last one are still the same as when they were inked.

Alot of people say that bepanthen draws the colours out, it's all preference

coco butter cream or something. my tattooist swears by it. heals stretch marks or something but smells nice. bepanthen is good too. and tea tree lotion worked a treat on my back

I use bepanthen, it contains vitamin B5 which helps broken skin recover, and benzalkonium chloride which keeps germs at bay. :y:

I have about 15 tatts and used savlon to start with and then moved onto bepanthen. I personally would say bepanthen is better and thats what I recomend to people when I tattoo them aswell....

I use Bepanthen also, its expensive at £6 a tube espaily when i use hafl a tube every week at least  but well worth the money.

Tattoist paints it in vasaline when i get it down and its a nightmare to wash off :S

Savlon spray every morning and night, and wash it with warm soapy water every morning and night.

Thats the stuff I use. One large 'tub' lasts about 12 days depending on the size of the tattoo.
Its what im currently using on my sleeve :-)
Been recommended by loads of top tattooists in the UK so I'm told.
Works a treat and isnt as sticky as bepanthen
