dont think it's custom. I believe it's a musketier splitter(http://www.musketier.com/index.php?site=products&car=1&model=classic&mod=SA&kat=exterieur&prkat=spoiler&pr=SA0102) But it's smoothed I've got the same one ready to go on the car:
