Still no delivery.. What do i do??

I paid for a set of wheels on the 11th august.

he gave me a tracking number on interparcel
and it says there in the depot.

but he texted me yesterday saying
they still havent picked up
and are f*ck ups

so he said hes bookiing them through someone else at his own expense(he seems abit vague now and then)

hes a affilate on 106 oc? so i thought i shouldnt be having problems.
i had to pay the money into his step dads account and not his??


Im not sure what to do as i hate being in this situation

i paid the fees on paypal (goods) so i should be ok on there??

but im worried if hes trying to hack it out and steal my money and wait for the funds to get into his bank and quit the paypal????
(i dont have a clue how paypal works when it comes to the sending/recieving money)

I just think it's a shit idea, as your username is there already. It's only really meant for when you're writing a letter, then you put your name at the end so they know who it's from.

Same as people who put their name at the end of a text...yes i know it's you as it says your name at the top.
