One thing I do is eat a slice of bread, no butter, nothing, just bread before going to bed, but thats too late now, and another is to left out a glass of coke, has to be original proppa coke, let it go flat and have it in the morning, but again its too late for that now lol

Bit late now like, but i always rehydrate myself with a pint of water before i go to sleep and a pint of water in the morning, and i never, ever have a bad head.

I did however go out drinking one night, went to bed without the pint of water, and felt like proper shit the next morning when i had to go to work, never again would i go to sleep without a pint of water in my system.

Always rehydrate yourself, this is why you feel shit in the morning as you've dyhdrated yourself whilst consuming lots of alcohol, although you never feel dehydrated as your drinking liquids, but its the alcohol that does it to you.

Give it a try sometime, and see how you feel the next morning.

My mum also does this, and she's never had a hangover to this day.
