colours?

right .. been doing my saxo project for 17 month now as iv been band from driving .. finally came down to being un band and iv pritty much got everything sorted..

baught some 205 gti alloys and i am thinking .. mango with black centre caps?

whats your thoughts

What about keeping the alloys black and making the centre caps mango instead.
Saxo looks good btw too.

the alloys arent the ones on the car now there 205 gti alloys .. there in primer at the moment ..

Well you still could do them way i said before.
Or maybe they would be better off just one colour instead.

well they were just black but it was terrible pain like household paint.. and i didnt like the just black .. i think i might have mango centres and a black rim .. just not sure and i cant do it and just hope it looks good lol im to fussy about my car lol

I'm sure whatever you do to the car it will look good.
Plus i think most ppl on this forum are very fussy when it comes to their cars lol.

lol yer iv spent the last 18 months trying to make it perfect and iv had it smashed up by some tw*ts twice and i keep coming back and doing it back up and iv finally got it how i want it .. apart from 2 dents due to an attack with a curtain pole :( which make me cry every time i look at them lol
but iv left the wheels until last because they will just finish it off nicely.

If you spray the wheels Mango then I think it will be overkill with that colour itself(although I love the colour)do the centres Mango or if you want keep the wheels Black & have a Mango rim like rim tape but sprayed in Mango.

Plain black will look best !

Also ide suggest standard mirrors and petrol cap !

I'm getting standard petrol cap and I got the mirrors free as a temporary thing there only on as mine got kicked off .. Think I'm gonna go for black with the mango centres then if they don't look right there easy painted black..

No it's taken me 17 munf to respray the kit, strip and refit a leather interior, do a vts conversion, lower it, change and smoke the back lights, and respray 2 new wings and fit 3 new windows

Why didn't you colour code the kit whilst you was spraying it?

wasnt sure how it would look and didnt want to risk having to buy a 3rd body kit. ( i had to buy new skirts, new archs because mine got stolen..

i might make a progress thread if i can find the pics, theres some pritty bad ones from when it got vandalised and good for a laugh at.
