Just been out for my dinner & the fucking pub had already put it's Christmas tree up !
This must be the earliest ever ..,,

Jesus christ, that's so stupid. Things like this have taken the fun out of Christmas.. used to look foward to all the decorations going up when they went up nearer the time, to really get you in the mood. But when they're all up months in advance and when it's still not properly into the winter season.. It just gets boring before Christmas has even come around. :n:

Unfortunately its true that in this industry Xmas starts in August. I've already been sorting bits out of xmas for the last 3 weeks and taken a few bookings already - we're usually full for Xmas day by the start of Oct!

The shops will be stocking xmas stuff pretty soon. Our xmas dinner at work has all been booked I think :p
Its depressing. Im going to have an expensive one this year, my girlfriend ordered me to book a day off work so we can go to London xmas shopping. In other words, she says what she likes and I buy it for her. :homme:

Too true, our local Co-op already has Christmas stock in. You can tell the difference by the product wrapping!
