only reason a got the car was because of the quote
went to phone them up to pay the deposit and the bloody meercat never told them about my convictions so insurance is lookin at 3 grand!
partly my fault for not checkin with the compnay first before buyin the car but im still ragin

My* I* lol. Please don't use "ma" or "a". It's stupid.
Anyways, well if your convictions are down on the quote at £1,500, they HAVE to sell you the car insurance at that price. Just do it online :y:

Well ring them and tell them that they need to get their act together.. They can't be quoting you something and then change it?

Technically, Mike is correct, if you entered the convictions (correctly) on the comparison website and you got a quote for £1500, that quote is valid (normally for 30 days) and can be taken up.
If they have missed it, thats their problem or compare the markets problem, I would battle it out with them.

If you've got convictions, never use Market compare websites. You're best ringing up or even better, going into an insurance broker and talk to them face to face... you might not have to get rid of the VTR after all.... ;)

To be honest, with those sorts of convictions, you are better off seeing a broker or phoning them direct....
Shame my work is shit for drivers with lots of convictions tbh, otherwise might have been able to sort you out with something
