This one

However it works out better value for money to buy a kit like this...
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing/polishing-machine/das-6-dual-action-polisher-menzerna-kit/prod_522.html
You can also buy a rotary machine......they are cheaper but they can damage your paintwork if you dont know how to use them correctly..........DA machines, as i linked you to above are much better for beginners.

The DAS pro is worth the money. It's nicer to use at higher speeds when you are working the polish (speed 5) as it gives out less vibrations. The cable is long which is a bonus
I'm thinking of picking up a SIM180 - anyone got one?

Yes.. far too heavy a machine to work with.
Get the spin doctor for an extra £40.

Really? Heavier than a makita? Had a go on a Makita on a bonnet and was wondering what happens when you try using the bugger on a door.
The festool is nice....the price is not.
what speeds do you work the spin doctor at? I was just using 1,2,3 then 3,2,1 with the makita
Edit:makita is 3kg & sim180 is 3.2kg

I got one mate, used it the other day for the first time. After around a year of using the DA it took a while to get used to. Wasn't too heavy for me tbh. Arms ached just as much as they did when I had a DAS-6.

They are a very good machine......maybe a little over priced as your paying for the name.
However the das-6 pro is a much more powerful machine.......and cheaper.
