I've only ever got like 3 or 4... I just play along, pretend I'm interested and say "Oh, sorry matey, my toast is burning and I've got a raging hard on which needs attending to. Talk to you later and we'll go for a drink, yeah?"

I just hang up straight away..
Spoke to Virgin Media, there is little they can do.
But i had a thing put on where people can not call me if there number is withheld. This helped a bit
