its like a pet rock. it as moved about an inch from when i put it in the viv. I have always wanted one and the chile rose are the best as about only 1 in 1000 BITE. It is very tame and i guy in the reptile shop used to take her to scools for the kids to hold.

My cousin had one of these, called her Rachel after the girl next door.
She was pretty cool tbh, i dont mind them as they are slow unlike the house spiders!

And the skin shedding is awesome!
Used to love taking the skin into school and scaring my friends with it!

I have had a good read up on the net about them and have seen that they go onto there backs and play dead when they are about to shed. Good job as when they do this they are VERY delicate.

You can get them from any good reptile shop, they are the most common or tarantulas. :y:

UPDATE she has moved around but mostly in the dark and she is making a web to catch the cricket thats in there. As long as she eats i will get her out tomorrow night and will post pics:y:
