What does everybody think of these?
Basically you put a simcard in a tracker device which is hidden in the car and the tracker device will text you the co-ordinates of the car when requested. There are also other things you can do such as listen to the voices in the car and cut off the engine remotely.
I dont think its a bad investment for a cheap car (such as a saxo) there are no subscription fees either!
Let me know what you all think :y:

They work fine, the hardest bit is the sim card. They get disabled if theyve not been topped up in a few months etc and you dont exactly fly thru credit with these things. You might find out your sim had been disabled by the time you realise the cars been nicked!

Why doesn't anyone see there appeal? For the sake of £60 there's a good chance you'll be able to find your car if it ever got stolen. I think there's no argument against them.

I think the concept is brilliant, much better value compared to the rip off tracker. If they improve the system it would be a worthy investment
