Manifold 4-2-1

hi guy's considering buying a supersprint stainless steel 4-2-1 manifold of my mate, not that old. it's priced at £457 on the supersprint website, how much is a good price to pay for it. he said i can have it for £120 as im a good mate, is that good second hand price?
