Anyone have any ideas? As soon as I turn the ignition on the temp light is on then once it's started it goes off and it takes 3 mins while idling to go to the top of the cage, the fans not kickin in either! Please help I'm scared to drive it lol

When you say turn the ignition on, do you mean so the lights on the dash come on such as handbrake light, battery light, airbag light etc or do you mean the temp light comes on after starting the engine? If its the first one i believe all Saxo's do that to show that the bulb is working. As for the fans not kicking in id say a faulty fan switch as i doubt both motors would but faulty.

Thanks for the reply, i mean when turning the ignition on before actually starting it, all of the dash lights come on as normal it's just the temp gauge light that worries me cuz it never used to come on. I think it may be the fan switch 2bh, I'm bleeding the system as we speak to remove any poss air locks

This happens on mine aswell, although the oil light comes on at the same time. Not sure why it's only just started on yours though ... Have you tried dis-connecting and re-connecting the battery? First thing i try with electrical problems
