Just wondering if anyone has ever worked in a ski/snowboard resort for the winter? I've always fancied it and I'm seriosuly considering it this year. I'd like to do it whilst I'm still young. So if anyone has done it, what was it like? All its cracked up to be or not?

i was going to do it this summer, in canada or summit, but didnt get my act together quick enough....

my mate does it. fucking loves it. goes snowboarding in winter time for 6 months then fucks off to sunner weather to do surfing for other 6 months. said money is shit as you'd expect but u can;t moan at the work as its something u love and who can say they love their jobs.

My friend who lives in canada works on a snowboard and ski resort in the winter months. He works as a chef for the "ski lodge" thing in the evenings, and snowboards all day.

He said there is people from all over the world working in the lodge, guess you just need a working visa. Hes canadian any way though so doesnt need a visa.

He said its a good laugh, and you get to meet alot of people.
