Whats the scariest film you ever seen? I seriously love been scared at films because it doesnt happen often and i kinda get a buzz out of it lol. The last film that seriously shit me up, was paranormal activity, as i watched it at 3 in the morning with all the lights out on me todd, and the bit at the end where she crawls upto the camera...freaky. But i'm sick of buying these films that say on front, "seriously scariest movie of the decade" and shit like that, when they could really be a PG (exaggeration ok) but i need some scary films to order and watch. Any recommendations?

i've seen all of the "scary" films. you know the ones that are famous for being ridiculously scary. And felt nothing.

When i watched "the others" however, i almost shit my pants. How the fuck is that only a 12!!!! ridiculously scary. Didn't like paranormal activity either. Bit scary

No horror films scare me, but I do love the genre (it's my personal favorite)

It would have to be seriously disturbing and realistic to shit me up. Maybe with horrible sounds that haunt you, like stick in your head, for instance sounds in the ring, when the camera pans in to the after affects of when the girl comes out of the tv... that would be affective.

I think films nowdays are just too much about special affects. A raw horror film with shite sound quality /clarity based on 'true' events like The original Amityville Horror (1979) Directed by Stuart Rosenberg is what we need.

I think this is the scariest film I've watched cos its just so lifelike... If that makes sense?

I've seen looaaadsss of scary films. Amityville horror I didn't find scary cos it had Ryan Reynolds in it haha.
I always think horror films are scarier in the cinema compared to home.

I dont know why, but i get bored of the so called 'scary ones' and dont like the ones that people say are scary.
For example:
Amytville horror, paranormal activity are both wank and boring.
Ones that scare me are things like:
The exorcist, (hate ouija boards, spirits etc) any of the saw's, wolf creek and 28 days later, all becuase there so very life like.

Also dont like Halloween for some odd reason either :P
