Had a quote from First class alloys in lichfield for my vtr alloys fully refurbed, Powder coated gloss white...It Includes them taking the wheels off the car, Tyres off alloy and then when its done, re fit wheels and tyres and all balanced right for me.
All for £182.13, Is that about right or expensive ?
This includes them dropping me back home too, then picking me up to collect my car and inspect the work lol.

330 per wheel ? Or did you mean 30 ... or 33 lol. yeah just thought id get a second opinion. They seem to be a good business. will they just leave my car on axle stands or something while they're doing it.
Cheers Saxo Huddersfield and LooneyTuner - Seems about right then.
I was going to get some VTS alloys and refurb them but i dont think ill be able to do both, Think ill just get my R's done.
The place says its a 6 hour turnaround so Ill be without my car for 6 hours then job done. Not bad i suppose.

That sounds reasonable but in all honesty if you are just powder coating them, You could do them all for about £50 and not much effort.

wheres that mate ? Is it good quality.... ? So you rate this 1st class alloys guy as really good then. I might go with them considering they take all the hassle out of it for you. It seems a pretty good service TBF.

Dunno, heard a few people off 206 forum used em and found em to be ok, it's another tenner per if you got tyres that need taking off and on, plus will be a longer service, as i said, you get what you pay for ;)

the place in birmingham is city powder coaters, ive not used them personly but looking at the work they have done on some of the lads wheels on 106oc, i would definatly use them.

lol did you fancy him haha . Oj. See id take the wheels off myself and just drop them to him, but TBH i dont have a drive... Grass garden im afraid, ( my garage is being borrowed by a famo member ) and i dont have axle stands or anything. So to save the hassle i might just drop my car to Paul from First class ( IIIRC thats his name ) and let him do them.
