Please help!! Car keeps on running!

Hi guys, hope you guys are ok.

Ok, i try and switch the car off, however the car keeps running, i take the key out and the engine is still running? i then get a little screetching noise coming from the fuse area however ive checked all the fuses? the only way i can turn the car off is if i stall it??

PLEASE HELP GUYS! NEED THIS SORTED BEFORE SUNDAY!!

I would check there are no dodgy fuses... incase one may be making a false connection...
Or barrel nakered

i forgot, the central locking does not work either now!!

I would check the main loom plug's near the radiator.. Dissconect and reconect them, Spray some water repelent on them..

^^ yeh spray some connection cleaner on the loom and fuses.... may very well be linked to the central locking not working
