As for Ben Afra I wish him a speedy recovery. People seem to be trying to get on Nigel's back about the challenge though. He got the ball on a 50/50 if Arfa hadn't pussied out and gone in hard he probably would of finished the game. The referee

De Jong lunged in at full throttle for that tackle when he could of won the ball with half the effort, ben arfa didnt 'pussy out' he just didnt expect it as it was fucking way over the top.
