how will i get hold of these brackets and how much would the be

I may be wrong but they just look like the standard brackets found inside the front bumper. Scrappies would be your best bet i think.

yes they are standard brackets
i tryed the local breakers and they wouldnt sell any seperate from the bumper
i have 1.0 which is being vt kited but the front brackets are different

Just make your own braket out of scrap metal, if all else fails use tie wraps

Citroen if they arnt part of the bumper. Sometimes they dont sell individual parts so you would have to get a bumper.
Besides why didnt your VT bumper come with the brackets already??

im not sure why it didnt but theres nothing snapped of or anything is completly flat ??

ooooh right so how are they fited cos theres no tieger seal or similar ?
whats ur opinoin will the braket i have on the 1.0 bumper work?

the bracket you have should work. although might not be wide enough to get the bumper and arches lining up.
I'll have a hunt, I have on of the brackets sat in the garage from my old bumper. If I can find the other you can have them for postage costs. You'll have to wait till monday as I am away till then.
Otherwise go to a breakers that you can go look round. find a bumper, undo the brackets from the shell and then get them off with no one looking. Go in and buy them off the guy. Doubt he will know what they are so might get them cheap.

its a 60 mile round trip to breakers ....
if you do have the brackets i will have them but not sure how i will pay ....
