best material

hope some one could help me.

i am thinking of retrimming my door cards into black, what would be the best material/fabric to do this with and where could i get it from easy.

i think there's a how to guide on here somewere and the person uses black leatherette stuff

i got a roll of faux leather off the bay for 6 quid.. doesnt look to bad either im atempting mine this weekend..

ok coz just was looking for some strong and thick fabric for door card ini guna be rebuilding them.

Suede is often cheap and looks great or alacantra which is a much more expensive material
