PCD is correct.
ET is wrong, saxo/106 runs a 15-18 ofset.
So you'd need 20mm spacers.

What sized rubber is fitted?

As above they are ford wheels, you would need the 20mm spacers. Be warned 16's are notorious for causing rubbing problems so low profile tyres may be useful.

My arches have been modded so that the wheels can sit in them more but im guessing with spacers they will poke out slightly.

use 20mm spacers and a 40 profile tyre and they'll be fine id say

ebay have cheaper hubcentric spacers for about £60 quid with bolts too. can;t remember if its for pair or all four tho.
i just waited for mine and managed to get h&r spacers all four and short bolts for £16 delivered off ebay
