I just like to now during winter do I need clean car more often and do I need to use more wax etc....
I know when I clean during the colder months its kinda harder to clean as its always dirty from rain from the roads and when cleaning car the water on the floor turns to ice. Which makes it slippy. So any tips would be helpful

By more often I mean by the amount of salt they use on the roads, does salt strip the wax

I'd tend to wash the car less over the winter if you don't have a pressure washer or pre-wash equipment. I would add a few more layers of wax before the winter sets in.
Edit: Maybe a hose down underneath and the wheel arches every now and again if its exposed to salt alot.

PolishedBliss have written a great blog about winter prep this week.

Basic gist is get it well protected before the bad weather sets in. A long lasting wax like collinite 476 if you don't want to be out topping it up in winter. Or just use a regular wax and keep it topped up over winter.
Salt and grit is bad for the paintwork.
Keep onto of the wheels and try to clean them weekly (depending on how many miles you do).

Might be worth getting a very durable (long lasting) wax to apply before the colder weather comes in.
Something like:
Collinite 476s http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/collinite-no-476s-super-doublecoat-auto-wax/prod_207.html
Finish Kare 1000P http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/sealants/finishkare-1000p-hi-temp-sealant/prod_589.html
