I had a 16v conversion done on my furio and the vts ecu locked so its currently running on the old 1.4 but now and then over fuel, it dont have a fuel return would this cause this problem? it runs up and down and wont hardly rev but if you unplug the ecu and leave for a few mines its ok again. It only does it sometimes.

To higher fuel pressure will give you odd running problems, erratic idle and certainly over fuelling. I would think you would be wise to get the VTS ECU sorted and then revisit the problem if it stills exists.
