if revs alter when you shake throttle body around it sounds like an air leak

You have already had the answer mate, tighten the throttle body up. Think they are held on by 6mm allen bolts. It's simple stuff. If you can't solve then take to a garage.

TIP - to find the leak run engine at idle and spray wd40 around the gasket area, when the wd40 is sucked in the engine note will change (u will hear it change easily). That's where it's leaking from.

If the leak will be after the butterfly ie body to manifold. ( A leak before the body will not result in revs going mad)
