Have been doing boxersize for the last 2 months and good does it make you feel fit. well after a few sessions anyway.

Its a very good class, you certainly know uve done a good work out when you finish it

im yet to try, need to start doing it

currently doing spinning at the gym 3/4 times a week, think thats the best one for fitness, well thats what they tell you at the gym

defo goin to start boxercise soon

does it give you huge calfs tho...??

i tried body combat a while ago it made me sweat but hurt my legs loads!

wouldnt mind get involved in boxersize.

there is a large demand on the calfs as it can be rather bouncy! jumpimg here there & everywhere...

yogs & pilates, or tai chi will help lengthen & strengthen muscles... smileys/smiley2.gif

i do pilates on a monday.. love that and i feel that i have done some thing the next day!

i also do salsa.. now thats funny! wiggling all my bits! i forget its exercise just fun, thats how it should be! i go every week because i enjot it!

youve got me looking at dance classes now... wouldnt mind getting involved in a club a few times a week! something to be focused on!

there is all sorts out there, jive, rock & roll, salsa, merengae! (Spell) or even clubs like trampoleaning, badminton, chess ok thats a no no.... LOL

its best to enjoy what you do as then it keeps you motivated.
