Temp Sensors please help!

Pretty new on here had a look through all the other threads on temp sensors but can't find which senser i need to replace!

Symptoms:

When the car is idleing and i blip the throttle the revs bounce like its going to stall before correcting itself. This also happends when i'm driving so i have to rev to 2000 and then bring the clutch up when setting off from lights for example. Also likes to rev itself to 2000 for no reason. Read up on here and sounds like temp sensor?

- Changed ICV
- New coilpack
- Carb cleaned throttle body

This is my green sensor 2 pin, isn't this sensor mena go in the block?

This is the blue1 which is in the block 1 wire coming from it has a metal clip that holds it on. I ordered a replacment blue sensor off parts junction from the link from the premium arcicle section on here but it has 3 prongs so wont fit!

Anyone know where i can get the blue sensor from?

Sorry, its a 2003 Mk2 VTR did the mk2 sensors change towards the end of production?

This happened to me the other day, accidently snapped it off, my symptoms where when dipping clutch or in neutral it would rev to 1500 for 5 seconds then down to idle, temperature was also a lot higher, and no its in the right place, goes just before the thermostat

You get different threads on different engines and years. Could also be the lambda sensor on idle.

sound nice1 lads, well i've ordered a new green sensor see if that sorts it out, if not any1 know where i can get the blue 1 from? eurocarparts seem to ave stopped doing saxo parts!

Try the above link. I got mine using Google search. Otherwise direct from Citroen/Peugeot.
