The arrow next to peoples names means on the facebook app on chat, not the green dot or the half moon.... The arrow

It's so annoying...... ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME!!!!!

it means there away i think. like they could be on the home page, they would be online but not on chat. I THINK. or they have been away for a while yet theyre still signed on

As above means the same as it does on a normal comp, they are online but away.

lol no it dont.

Green dot = online
Half blue moon = busy/away
arrow = you opened a chat/started a chat. Dunno if there is a way of finding out there current status tho
