As the title says really will a 206 starter motor work on a VTR?
ive just been to the breakers and they said that it should fit but I dont want to call my mechanic to come fit it to find out that its the wrong part
Need to know quick i have uni tomorrow so need the car sorted :panic:

Depends what engine the alternator is off, if its a TU engine then yes it will.

If the 206 has a TU engine code, yes, it'll fit. Otherwise, no.

wow luckily it fit (i wasnt even aware of the engine codes)
SO FOR ANY1 WONDERING YES A STARTER OFF OF A 206 WILL FIT :D

As we said above - ONLY if it's from a TU engine. Any old starter motor of any old 206 will NOT fit... :clapping:
