Im trying to take the left side off my saxo to refit it as its beginning to come away.

ive undone the line of torx screws along the bottom. but cant work out how to take it off its clips that run along the side? any tips? cheers

theres those white plastic clips holding them in... but usually they come loose so people tiger seal or any other glues to keep them down for good... there usually a pain in the ar*e to get off if this is the case!

its just the clips, but i cant see how i could cut them or anything, as they're hidden inside the skirt aha

have you got one of those clip removal tool (a long shot i know) but there pretty good or get under the car with a long flat head screw driver and try prize the skirt away?

Nah. Just done a search and it looks like the tool is the only way i could do it.

the clips are round a corner, so theres no room to get a screwdriver in. i cant pull the skirt away enough to make a gap either. damnit. might just bond up the gaps and do a bodge job :(

Rip the top out, break the clips, they cost £0.13 from Citroen.

Thought it might damage the skirt.
Solution was to get a metal rule, run it along the edge, and hit it with a copper hammer each time it stopped at a clip.

just yank it off, the clip will just break, no big deal.....
