used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week last year but let it slide since my work moved premises & haven't re-joined another gym yet
used to spend a good couple of hours or more each time i was down there. got a good routine going as well, but changed it quite a lot to keep the body guessing

heavy weight trainin, cardio on sundays (swimmin, runnin, abs n forearms) which i suck at, as my diet doesnt exactly suit it (keep throwin up durin runnin). I'm more than happy with my training, i can spend all day at the gym if i could, but my dieting needs improvement. I don't really take it as seriously as i should be, i miss meals and cheat alot smileys/smiley14.gif i can see the beer belly coming a mile away.

thatll b y u were placed 3rd then not 1st.... dam the beer! smileys/drink.gif Diet should be simple enough to improve though, think about it not as dieting but as changing the way you eat full stop!! Here is a link - read the information it will help you understand the principles.

golf is more "active rest" than training - which is a good thing! smileys/smiley20.gif

At the moment I'm doing a body scultpture class which is basically like aerobics but a mixture of things. I love it because it give me a full body work out. I really need to start going to the gym again and start swimmimg.

Currently, im doing circuits sessions once or twice a week with a trainer. Do some simple weights, streching and boxing related workouts in spare time between circuits.
I've also got quite a physical job, which i believe does it's part. Used to swim competatively too, which stopped, kinda miss it these days.
