Morrettes

I'm possiably getting some morrettes. The morrettes im looking at are h7's. I want to remove both of the inner lamps. Whats involed or what could i do to make the outer lamps have the main and the dipped bulbs?

I currently have h.i.d's (i think h4) for the dipped but are brighter than the full main beam. Would it not pass the mot without a full beam?

yes mate, thats really the main reason why i want them. I shall search for some h4 versions then.
