PLEASE HELP!

I own a VTS now when i start the car all is fine but theres a slight slight rattling/rubbing noise on tickeover comeing from the engien :/ but when i dip the clutch it seems to go :/

ANY IDEAS?

Would that stop it when i push down the clutch?

clutch thrust bearing/release bearing

sounds like a metalic rattling?

then when ur clutch is pressed it puts pressure on the bearing - thus stopping the rattle

God Dam!

Last time my Clutch bearing went vo buddy on my 306 it made a loud squecking sound, complety diffrent nosie to this it just sounds like something is rattling, metal ratting?

oh well maybe not then , but my renault megane coupe had this and it was the clutch bearing matey

only thing i cn think of that will go when u put ur foot on the clutch
