Hi i have an oil leak on my vts and ive been trying to figure out where its coming from. I noticed today that there is a breather pipe that comes out of the cylinder head by the top right hand corner, and goes down towards the sump. Well where it bends down towards the sump it looks like the pipe is joined part way down and looks like its leaking from there. Is there supposed to be some sort of a seal there, because it looks like there should be. Hope you understand what i mean lol. Thanks :p Click on picture below

Hi sorry for the late reply. Il try and push it back in or use some sealant then. Could that pipe be enough to cause quite a big oil leak. THANKS

I had the exact same problem i undone the 10mm bolt and pulled the tube out and cleaned it up them put instant gasket round it and pushe it back then put more around the side and left it over night, cured mine a treat! you will also find if you really boot it hard you will have clouds of blue smoke trail behind due to the pressure pushing the oil out onto the manifold.

Is your pcv connected to engine vacuum if you disconect the pipe from the rocker cover with the engine running the pipe should be drawing air.
