Struggling to find this envelope
Anyone know who was in charge of tickets through sax-p?
Think of it from my point of view. I've paid for a ticket, it hasn't arrived in time, I've missed the show and I'm £17 down! Must be some comeback, especially with me paying through paypal?
Cheers, Chris

Did you not contact Simo around the time of the show asking where the ticket was? Surely you must have made some effort to find out what was going on..

Kept my eye on here leading up to TRAX and saw that even really close to the show people had still not received tickets, so i left it and kept waiting, then it got to the day of the show and I thought I'm not going now to pay again plus it's more on the gate. Then to be honest I forgot all about it till now when the ticket arrived

I do remember him saying something about him getting them late therefore delaying the amount of time he had to send them out.

Not mate, honest

As i say I kept my eye on the forum and there were plenty of people in the same boat being told their tickets would arrive soon. So thought it a bit pointless to start asking the same question to be told the same answer
Today 21:28

Ah right I see. Doubt he's only just sent mine though. Thinking it's more than likely it's been sat in the bottom of postie's bag for weeks ie. post office to blame. Nothing new there...

I can assure you I have never sent a ticket to someone after the date of the event?!
The postal date on the envelope, across the stamp will show where the problem was... Ie, lost at the sorting office or lost after being sorted.
Id be interested to hear/see more info.
Sorry you missed the show however. Everyone else who contacted me confirmed they did receive their order in time.

I know mate, as i say, it'll be the post office to blame
Still can't find the envolope but will let u know if it turns up
Guess I'll just have to count it as a £17 lesson to look into it sooner! Just when the ticket came through so late I thought i might as well inquire
No worries anyway. Cheers, Chris

Chris if this happened to me, the last thing i would do is mis-place the most important part of it...the envelope
I like your enthusiasm though LOL

I know mate bit silly really, pretty sure I put it away "in a safe place" then had a clearout, filed some stuff away and binned it along with a load of other envelopes. Past caring now though, just thought I might as well try! You don't ask you don't get etc
Oh well, roll on next year. Wonder can I get away with using this ticket haha

So you recieved it yesterday, put it in "a safe place" for filing, and then between the time of filing it yesterday and the time of your post, you had done a clearout of your filed items including the envelope, and binned it?
You wouldn't make a good secretary
"Ok i'll put these important documents in the filing cabinet for you Mr Woodcock".....ten minutes later and it's put through the shredder and thrown in the bin
