During all the problems with the common wealth games in India the Indian minister was called Sheila Dikshit

I seen her name on sky news in a caption when she was being interviewed , the caption changed to remove her surname within 20 seconds.

However other tv channels kept broadcasting it

I was clever enough to google it ;)

Anyway, he did go a bit far... for TV at least anyway. I get why he chuckled... The other racist comment's... Perhaps privately between mate's as a laugh, but not on TV.

edit: Just watched it to the end "makes scene because she is Indian"! Im sure he didn't mean it that way but it went too far!

I don't get it was that live tv or something or just an outtake??

The bird next to him is cringing well bad which I found funnier than that bellend.
