Hello

Last years policy with First Direct was about £660 and the renewall was £570

Hmmmm I knew I could get it cheaper so I went on Admiral and they quoted me £520 fully comp thats with both parents on as additional drivers.

I the started messing about with the quote....first I changed the value of the car from £1000 to £999 and this dropped the price further to £550

Then I changed my job title from Computer Engineer to Computer Technician (same thing really) and this further reduced it to £480!!

Then!!

I changed my mums job title from kitchen worker to Housewife.....she only works 12 hours per week so her main occupation would be housewife and her additional job title would be kitchen worker...which is what I put down.

Guess what....£438 fully comp :) :) :)

Not bad for a 23 year old with 3 years no claims and an SP30 (on a VTR)

You serious??

Insurance has gone up a boat load in the last year, I would challenge any other 23 year old with a VTR and 3 years no claims to get it cheaper than 400
