does the saxo vts has a seperate ecu for the abs?
or just ran of the ecu??

does the ecu take readins from the servo?
eg if abs isnt working??

all abs sensors are working fine..

It's part of the abs modulator/pump, not separate

ABS ECU is underneath the dash, on the exhaust tunnel. Where the bracing bar thing is that joins the dash to the exhaust tunnel, just behind that, under the carpet. :y:

isnt that the airbag ecu^???? with orange wiring going into it?

ECU - Electronic Control Unit....coined generically. To be more correct ACU (airbag control unit) when bracketing the control module under ECU....semantics....not really worth getting involved with.

Fail. So it is. I was gonna mention about pulling the wires down through the dash from the airbag and everything, not quite thinking about how I was thinking about something completely different. :wall:
